On this episode, Maria talks to us about Ciocia Basia, the feminist collective that helps people in Poland travel to Berlin to access abortion care. We’re going to talk about the protests happening in Poland, what it requires to travel for an abortion, and about what solidarity and community looks like in the fight for abortion access.

Maria (she/they) is a queer activist from Poland currently living in Berlin. They are studying their Master's degree at the Humboldt University and loves talking about literature, queerness, and reproductive rights. She has been helping people access abortions for over 2 years now!
